Nova 360 provides professional digital services tailored to client requirements. Project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins.
Any changes requested after project approval may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements.
- Submit requested content, images, and information on time.
- Review deliverables promptly.
- Provide feedback within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure they own or have permission to use any materials supplied.
Nova 360 is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late approvals.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nova 360 retains ownership of:
- Internal development tools
- Source code not specifically transferred
- Design processes
- Proprietary frameworks
- Templates used across multiple projects
Nova 360 reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
6. Payments
Payment schedules are outlined in each project proposal.
Late payments may result in:
- Suspension of work
- Delayed delivery
- Temporary suspension of hosting or maintenance services
- Additional late payment fees where applicable
7. Project Timelines
Estimated delivery dates depend upon timely communication from the client.
Nova 360 is not responsible for delays resulting from:
- Client revisions
- Third-party services
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Payment delays
- Force majeure events
8. Third-Party Services
Projects may integrate services provided by third parties, including hosting providers, payment gateways, social media platforms, plugins, APIs, and software providers.
Nova 360 is not liable for service interruptions, pricing changes, security issues, or policy changes made by these third parties.
9. Website Availability
We strive to keep our website operational at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova 360 shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of revenue
- Business interruption
- Loss of data
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
